Deep clean would be sanitisation and disinfection of the entire premise to remove dust, germs and bacteria build up. Carpets and windows are also cleaned. In most cases, a deep clean would be performed at the beginning of the contract to meet our quality standards.

This all entirely depends on what cleaning package you take and the size of the office. For example: a 200 square metre office without bathrooms might take 1.5 hours, but one with a bathroom might take 2 hours.

Prices vary from office to office. Our minimum charge is $100 + GST per clean. Discounts apply if cleaning is done more frequently.

For regular on going cleanings, it is done after hours when there is little to no one around. This allows us to implement our cleaning procedures more effectively and to make sure every clean is done consistently and exact the same every time. It also eliminates having to interrupt meetings or employees on call especially when the vacuum is on.
